A therapeutic group is a safe, held space guided by psychotherapists with experience in group psychotherapy, where people come together to better understand themselves, and also to understand how they relate to others.

And much of what we feel and what hurts us is connected to our relationships: how we communicate, how we bond, how we ask for help, how we set boundaries, how we see ourselves through others.

What do I need today? What do I want to change?

We are not here to account for anything, nor to do it “right.”
We are here to recover what is essential: body, emotion, voice, and community. To remember that you are not alone.

And that you don’t have to hold everything on your own.
