Experientia, as the Website controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and other applicable data protection regulations, as well as Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

2.- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

– Send communications via email, social networks or other electronic means if the user has expressly consented to receiving commercial communications via newsletter subscription

– Provide subscribed services

Supplier data will be processed within the contractual relationship for administrative, fiscal, accounting and labor obligations required by law.

In accordance with LSSICE, Experientia does not engage in SPAM practices and only sends emails previously requested or authorized by the user.
2.1. CV MANAGEMENT
If the user submits a CV through the website, the data will be used to participate in recruitment processes and analyze candidate profiles. CVs submitted through other means will not be accepted.
Data will be kept for a maximum of one year, after which they will be deleted ensuring full confidentiality. If the user wishes to continue in selection processes, they must resubmit their CV.

3.- LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis is the user’s consent given when accepting this privacy policy. Failure to provide data or accept this policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register or receive services.
Where there is a contractual relationship, the legal basis is compliance with legal obligations.

By accepting these terms, the user expressly consents to receive communications about activities, services and updates, including newsletters. Data will be retained for legally required periods.
3.2. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
Official communication channels include corporate phone numbers and corporate email. If the user communicates via other channels, Experientia is not responsible for security.

No data will be transferred unless required by law, court order or with user consent. Data may be hosted on servers provided by Grup Qualia Associats (CIF B65775850), under a data processing agreement.
RIGHTS
Users may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, and not being subject to automated decisions by contacting administracion@asociacionexperientia.org.
5.- DATA RETENTION
Data will be retained while necessary for the purpose collected and for legal obligations. Certain data may be stored up to 2 years for legal requirements.
